Crownshift have announced their second studio album, The Shadows We Buried, for release on 29 January 2027, alongside new single “In The Dead Of Night” and its official video.
The Finnish quartet features musicians with histories in Nightwish, Children Of Bodom, Wintersun and Finntroll. Their new record builds on the self-titled debut with melodic death metal riffs, progressive influences, soaring vocal hooks and cinematic atmosphere.
Extensive touring, including European support dates with Dirkschneider and the 2025 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise, has helped shape this next chapter.
