British alternative duo ZETRA have released new single “Adrena”, opening a fresh chapter following their self-titled 2024 debut. The track arrives with an accompanying music video and a new visual identity for the band.
“Adrena” brings together the drive of 1990s alternative pop and the electronic polish of synth-pop. The release draws comparisons with Republica, Garbage, Pet Shop Boys and Depeche Mode, building on the atmospheric foundations of ZETRA’s earlier music.
The duo have also moved away from the corpse paint and cloaked presentation associated with their debut. Their new bare-faced, retro-futuristic look accompanies a sound that pushes further into bright melodies and propulsive pop.
