Jack Osbourne says he should have explained his family’s AI Ozzy project more clearly when it was announced.
BLUNT reports that, speaking on Great Company with Jamie Laing, Jack said the aim is to protect his late father’s digital likeness. He rejected the suggestion that an artificial Ozzy would be used to sell mobile phones.
The proposed interactive recreation would let fans engage with a digital version of the Black Sabbath legend, using material approved by the family.
The response highlights a wider debate about consent, commercial use and how technology should represent artists after their deaths.
